EDI Coordinator

Our Client, an Industry Body based in Dublin City, requires a Equality, Diversity and Wellbeing Coordinator to join their team. This role will provide ongoing input and leadership across the firm on EDI and wellness initiatives.  For more information, contact Emma Skelton on 01 845 6302

Salary: to €45k

  • Provide awareness of a positive equality, diversity and inclusion culture in the Firm.
  • Introduce diversity awareness training.
  • Support fair development and career progression opportunities.
  • Manage stakeholders, both internally and externally in respect of EDI goals.
  • Provide members, committees, staff and HR function with guidance of EDI best practice.
  • Update current wellbeing supports and initiatives.
  • Deliver a long-term mental health strategy.
  • Implement of statutory obligations.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships across teams; encouraging and offering cooperation.
  • Stay informed of trends, initiatives and requirements in respect of EDI.

Skills and Experience:

  • BA in Equality studies, Cultural diversity or similar.
  • Good knowledge of the field of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion with a minimum of 2 years+ working in this area.
  • Experience with implementing initiatives at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Strong experience liaising with senior management and stakeholders on issues.
  • Good initiative and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems, advanced MS Excel and MS Word.
