This is a totally WFH role and would be getting in on the ground floor of a growing company. Their Clients are SME to PLC across sectors and they are looking for someone who can advise from opening a zip file up to very technical needs. Knowledge of and Experience in Elasticsearch is a MUST

Salary: €65-75K depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with post sales installation, configuration and set up tasks.
• Resolving complex and application-related issues which impact product performance.
• Contribute to the user documentation and help to maintain and improve its quality.

Capabilities:

• Experience with Java development.
• Good knowledge in IT security and related technologies such as TLS, PKI, LDAP, Kerberos, SAML etc.
• Experience with distributed systems, application clusters.
• Elasticsearch and Kibana experience.
• Strong knowledge of Docker related technologies such as Kubernetes or DC/OS.
• Good ability in prioritising a high volume workload within a timely manner.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English. French or Spanish is a plus.
• Good problem solver, strong ability to find a solution quickly.
