Based in North County Dublin The role will have to work closely and build strong relationships with the site management team, wider UK &
Ireland HR functions, local government agencies / bodies and external contractors.
Salary: DOE

The Job:
Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team
Globally networking within the Corporation, learning best practices.
Be an active part of the decision-making process across all of the departments.
Lead HR change initiatives and contribute to business activities.
Manage HR functions on site.
Support local talent acquisition program.
Manage site relationships.
Develop a talent pipeline.
Support the delivery of training and development plans for the team.
Ensure implementation of Global HR strategy in alignment with local needs.
Ability to work through complex issues.
Ad-hoc duties as required.
The Candidate:
BA in HR or relevant discipline.
5 years+ experience working within a Senior HR Management role.
Ability to use own initiative working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working closely with unions.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to influence at a Senior Management level.
Good team player who knows how to work in a team environment.
Flexible approach to work to collaborate with all business levels.
Excellent communication skills-written and verbal skills are required.
