The Role:

• Advising both national and international clients such as Commercial landlords, Financial Institutions, alternative lenders etc.
• Assisting clients in regard to the financing, acquisition and disposal of properties.
• Advising on Property development transactions.
• To both maintain and develop close relations with their clients.
• To be a key component in the promotion of the firm through business development and networking.
• To handle any confidential information in line with the firm’s data security protocols.

Experience:

• 4 years’ + PQE working in a Commercial Real Estate role is required.
• Providing support to colleagues from other related practice areas.
• Good team player.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good communicator with a strong ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
