The Role:

• Advising in the areas of technology, innovation and intellectual property and deals focused with businesses in the healthcare and life sciences sector.
• To both maintain and develop close relations with their clients.
• To be a key component in the promotion of the firm through business development and networking.
• To handle any confidential information in line with the firm’s data security protocols.

Experience:

• 4 years’+ PQE.
• Previous experience in M&A and Private Equity Deals is a plus.
• Good team player, experience training and supervising less experienced staff members.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good communicator with a strong ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
