The Role:

• Work on insurance disputes for major international and domestic clients.
• Advise broadly on a wide range of commercial disputes such as insolvency, regulatory and investigations matters.
• Help mentor and develop the junior and associate solicitors in the firm.
• Work closely alongside the partners of the firm to help grow and develop the firm even further.
• To both maintain and develop close relations with their clients.
• To be a key component in the promotion of the firm through business development and networking.
• To handle any confidential information in line with the firm’s data security protocols.

Experience:

• 5 years’+ PQE.
• Commercial Disputes experience is essential.
• Insurance coverage experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexible approach to the implementation of new initiatives.
• Good team player, experience training and supervising less experienced staff members.
• Good communicator with a strong ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
