Duties

• Taking instructions from Solicitors.
• Liaising with the client’s or 3rd party Solicitors in relation to queries.
• Legal Research
• Liaise with clients as required by the supervising Solicitor.
• Liaising with the Land Registry
• Provide support for all administration tasks as required, including photocopying, filing of documents.
• General handling of files post completion.
• Releasing title documents and scheduling title documents.
• Ensuring compliance with data security guidelines and legislation.

The Person

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a legal environment (law firm or in-house experience)
• Property law experience is a MUST
• Good project management skills
• Excellent MS Office Skills
• An ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Very good communications and interpersonal skills.
• A high level of motivation and an ability to act on one’s own initiative.
