Part-Time Solicitor – 3 days per week

Our client is a growing law firm in Dublin 3 with whom we have a longstanding relationship. They are looking for a 3 day per week solicitor to cover a maternity contract. Candidates should have at least 2 years PQE and be happy to be in office for the 3 days per week.

Hours: 3 Days per Week

Salary: to €75k

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) to join our team on a 9-month contract, working part-time (3 days per week). The successful candidate will have experience in conveyancinglitigation, and family law, and will provide legal support across a variety of matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients across conveyancing, litigation, and family law matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court pleadings.
  • Manage a varied caseload, ensuring all deadlines are met and matters are handled efficiently.
  • Liaise with clients, barristers, and other professionals to progress legal matters.
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and case files.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 2 years PQE in Ireland.
  • Experience in conveyancinglitigation, and family law (ideal but not mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Irish law and legal procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
  • Proficiency in using legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality client service.
