An International Freight/Logistics Business based in North Dublin has an immediate requirement for an Ocean Freight Export Executive.  To be part of this newly formed and well run team you will require previous Ocean Freight Export experience and in return will be well rewarded.

The Role: 

• Creating and co-ordinating bookings received from clients, ensuring accuracy with rates and costs, resolving queries and escalating, if necessary.
• organising the transport and collection of all sea freight shipments providing regular EDA/ETA updates.
• provision of necessary documentation and ensuring regular contact with relevant bodies, shipment carriers, customs and border control.
• Updating internal systems for each export LCL/FCL consignments and liaising with relevant invoicing and billing departments.

The Candidate: 

• Previous Ocean Freight experience, particularly Export
• Be well organised with proven ability to meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Enjoy working with and contributing to a successful and busy team.
