Salary :  to €60k

The Role: 

• Work across all areas of commercial law and in particular, in the areas of commercial litigation and commercial contracts
•  Draft, negotiate and review all types of commercial contracts and corporate agreements
• Provide day-to-day commercial law assistance to commercial clients
• Advise clients in relation to various commercial matters including intellectual property, data protection, e-commerce, corporate transactions, and company law matters
• Provide legal advice and assist in managing all phases of complex litigation matters involving all types of litigation before the High Court and the Commercial Court.

The Candidate: 

• Newly qualified solicitor
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all forms of commercial and corporate agreements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a busy team
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
• Strong organisation and administrative skills
• Keyhouse knowledge is preferable.
