Link Personnel have been instructed on a Marketing Manager vacancy with our client, a Leading Law Firm in Dublin 2.  They are growing their Marketing team and to support this growth they are looking to hire a Marketing Manager. The Role:

  • Brand management-ensuring that the firm’s collateral and communication are on brand.
  • Managing the Firm’s digital strategy to include the design, tone of voice and maintenance of the Firm’s website and social media channels.
  • Develop and manage the Firm’s social media planner and track online performance and analytics.
  • Tracking and monitoring press coverage for the Firm and its competitors.
  • Drafting firm announcements and news updates as required.
  • Managing and developing the Firm’s brochures and guides.
  • Design, develop and implement the Firm’s client updates and e-zines, to include reviewing content, managing mailing lists and managing the mail out process on the Firm’s online channels.
  • Managing the Firm’s advertising programme, liaising with external designers, ensuring all advertisements conform to Firm’s messaging, are in agreed style templates and pre-approved prior to release.
  • Supporting the legal directory research process to include compiling draft submissions, tracking client referees, submitting final submission, managing diaries for research calls and tracking coverage of the firm in directories.
  • Working with the Head of Marketing and Business Development in the management and delivery of marketing projects.
  • Managing the Firm’s event and sponsorship calendar.

The Candidate:

  • Five (5) years plus marketing and communications experience.
  • Excellent written abilities with strong attention to detail, editing and proof-reading skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver all projects on time.
  • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPress and InDesign.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines.
