Our Client, based in South Dublin, is hiring a legal executive to join their team. This role would suit someone with 1-2 years experience in debt recovery or litigation. Call Emma Skelton on 01 845 6302 for more info. This is a 12 month contract position.

Duties:

• Manage an extensive caseload for Corporate clients in high value debt claims.
• Providing legal recommendations to clients.
• Supporting team members in assisting with drafting all necessary documents, which will include; Claim Notices, Notices of Motion and Ex-Parte applications and more.
• Managing all correspondence from Solicitors, Defendants and Financial Advisors.
• Making recommendations after reviewing statements of assets and liabilities.
• Build and maintain strong Client relationships.
• Reviewing statements of assets and liabilities and making recommendations based on the information provided.
• Working to team and individual goals and deadlines.
• Assisting in ad hoc requests from clients.
• Other duties as may be required.

Candidate profile

• Third level qualification relevant to the role preferred but not essential.
• QFA/APA an advantage or commitment to obtain APA qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook
• Proficiency in practice management systems.
• Have a minimum of one years experience in the area of debt collection.
• Be well organised and have the ability to communicate on a professional level with both colleagues and clients
• Have a high level of attention to detail in reviewing documents and drafting correspondence
• Have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure & learn quickly
• Proactive in developing client relationships.
