Salary :  to €42k

The Role:

• You will work closely with and provide daily support to fee earners in their departments.
• Document management.
• Diary and meeting management.
• Dictation.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone.
• General administration duties – filing, scanning, photocopying.
• Preparing transactional and court documents and any other ad hoc tasks which may arise.

The Candidate:

• Experience working as a Legal Secretary within Private Client and Commercial Conveyancing.
• Be a good team player and have a flexible attitude to work;
• Have customer service skills, a good telephone manner and a focus on client care
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Be a motivated energetic self-starter, capable of working well under pressure;
• Amenable, confident and who will be able to hit the ground running.
• Excellent MS Office and IT Skill.
