Link Personnel in partnership with our client, a Top Tier Law Firm, are looking to recruit an experienced Legal PA to provide high-quality support to two busy Partners and their teams. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering a first-class service.
The successful candidate will play a central role in the day-to-day running of the team, supporting client work, managing key administrative processes, and contributing to the overall efficiency and professionalism of the department.
Salary : to €50k

The Role:
Prepare and edit a wide range of legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
Proactively manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings for senior fee earners.
Oversee billing processes including reviewing WIP, drafting narratives, and ensuring all time is recorded and billed appropriately.
Liaise with Accounts to finalise and process bills, including transaction billing as per client requirements.
Provide reliable administrative support including formatting, correspondence, and document management.
Handle phone and email communications in a professional and timely manner.
Organise travel and accommodation, ensuring itineraries are efficient and cost-effective.
Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems, keeping them current and compliant.
Support deal completions including scanning and final documentation processes.
Draft client-facing letters and other correspondence for signature and issue.
Provide cover and support to other teams and assist with departmental projects as needed.
The Candidate:
At least 5 years’ experience in a Legal PA or Legal Secretary role within a busy legal environment.
Strong billing and WIP management experience (ideally using Aderant Expert or similar).
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively.
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
Accurate, high-speed typing skills (65+ wpm).
A professional communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
Discretion, reliability, and good judgment when dealing with sensitive matters.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently when needed.
