Our client, an International Firm based in Dublin 4, requires a Training Delivery Executive to join their Strategy & Change Team, covering a 12 month FTC. The Role:

• Oversee and develop key tech training sessions to people within the firm utilising delivery channels and feeding back tech use cases.
• Create engaging training material supporting new technology or enhancing the use of existing tech.
• Keep up-to-date with new industry-leading learning tools and techniques.
• Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the firm.
• Continue to enhance their client service.
•  Ad-hoc duties as needed.

The Candidate

• Experience in professional services sector is ideal (Banking / Finance / Accountancy / Law).
• You thrive in a fast paced diverse environment, can work both as a team member and independently.
• You are energised by finding new and improved ways to deliver excellence, not being afraid to embrace new initiatives and change;
• You are a clear and confident verbal communicator, with an ability to write concisely;
• You enjoy building and maintaining connections with people, including new people and people with different levels of experience;
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and, PowerPoint for visual presentation of information;
