Link Personnel has been instructed by our client, a Law Firm in Dublin city centre, on an L&D systems Executive Vacancy. Joining a growing team working to support the L&D department with implementing and utilising various technologies. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work in a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with the support of a well established team. Salary:  to €50K DOE

Total Package: up to €70k

The Role:

  • Provide full administrative and system support for departmental skills development programmes.
  • Act as a superuser for the Learning Management System / Learning Experience Platform (LMS/LXP), specifically Cornerstone.
  • Stay informed on the latest product updates, features, and system enhancements.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the LMS, ensuring all associated processes are correctly followed.
  • Identify and resolve system or user issues promptly, escalating and following up as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver training, user support, and best practice guidance to both system administrators and end users.
  • Oversee attendance tracking and reporting processes within the LMS.
  • Use available technology platforms to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within the L&D function.
  • Curate engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and assessments.
  • Monitor and report on content usage, drawing insights to guide future development.
  • Design and develop high-quality digital learning content using tools such as Canva, Articulate 360, and various video editing software.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as required.

The Candidate:

  • 2years+ experience within professional services environment is preferred.
  • Strong experience in using a LMS/LXP.
  • Experience in content creation with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Produce high standards of work.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver all projects on time.
  • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines.
