The Role: 

  • Preparation and proofing of all client programme materials.
  • Client support and follow up (Attendance and feedback records).
  • Enhancement of client documents with design flare.
  • Administration and support duties.

Programme Materials:

  • Proofing and preparing all client programme materials.
  • Drafting and preparing client training materials and all consultancy reports.
  • Maintaining the Learning Hub (LMS) for all client training curricula and support the ongoing changing needs as required.
  • Liaising with our partners to coordinate all of the activities required for the production of client diagnostic and general reports.
  • Booking and confirming training venues and team accommodation.
  • Setting up and managing attendance and feedback records.
  • Enhancement of client documents with design flare.
  • Enhancing client documents such as; proposals, tenders and presentations in terms of design finesse through visual layout, diagrams and pictorial images using a variety of technologies (Powerpoint, Canva, Abobe, Crello etc.).
  • Activity and event coordination.
  • Internal and external events lead (preparation, delivery and follow up)

The Candidate: 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in office administration, team support, fast-paced environment.
  • Design experience and demonstration of flare (Powerpoint, Canva, Abobe, Crello etc.).
  • Leaving Cert + work experience.
  • Demonstration of advanced IT skills.
  • Worked in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Demonstration of ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Evidence of client excellence and execution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating drive and enthusiasm, with ability to work independently as required.
  • A desire to develop a career in Learning and Development.
  • Experience in training and/or HR would be desirable but not essential
