The Role: 

• Responsible for product knowledge of Air, Sea and Road services to answer customer questions.
• Communicating with customers through email, telephone, various communication platforms.
• Responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers.
• Follow up on quotations provided to customers across Air, Sea and Road.
• Understand customers’ needs and identify best solutions.
• Responding within the required timescales to customer/partner enquiries and requests.
• Responsible closing deals and processing payments.
• Responsible for customer follow-up.
• Developing leads and referrals.
• Keep up with product information and changes.

The Candidate: 

• Minimum of 1 year experience within Freight Forwarding sector.
• Self-motivated with good communication skills with the ability to work as part of sales team and on own initiative.
• Knowledge of Air, Sea and Road transport preferred.
• Ability to work to deadlines and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
• Time management and communication skills.
