Our client, a well established law firm requires an Internal Communications Executive to join their team. This role will allow candidates work from home 2 days per week. Duties:

• Liaise with internal departments to develop engaging communications plan for across the firm.
• Manage the firm’s internal communications calendar and schedules, writing, deigning, editing, reviewing and publishing.
• Develop strong relationships across the firm to advise and recommend on appropriate communications channels in order to drive internal engagements.
• Support the creation and implementation of new tools to assist the internal communications activities and lead in the deployment of an internal digital workplace.
• Support and other marketing/communications related duties when needed.

Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience and strong knowledge in developing and leading internal communications.
• Good knowledge of internal communications trends and best practice.
• Experience using SharePoint or other internal comms platforms is a plus.
• Previous project management experience and experience liaising with senior management.
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good ability to write engaging messages.
• Excellent attention to detail and high quality standards.
• Work well under pressure with a flexible approach to work.
