Overview:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive HRIS Executive to manage and enhance our HR  systems (People XD & Cornerstone) and related processes. This role is responsible for ensuring the systems deliver consistent value to the business, managing data integrity, and supporting key HR cycles. You will act as a key liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors, while championing best practices in  data management and supporting the wider HR team with insights and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

HR Systems Ownership

  • Take ownership of HR systems (People XD & Cornerstone), ensuring they are fit for purpose and meet the needs of all users.
  • Manage HR system upgrades, renewals, integration projects, and the implementation of new systems as required.
  • Maintain the day-to-day relationship with system providers (Access and Cornerstone), proactively resolving queries and  ensuring issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Process & Project Coordination

  • Co-ordinate the system delivery of annual HR processes including:
  • Performance review cycle
  • Fee-earner salary uplift
  • Career level promotions
  • Manage associated bulk uploads, system configuration, and document generation (e.g. letters).
  • Support continuous improvement projects to enhance user experience and system efficiency.

Training & Support

  • Deliver training and provide support to HR team members and system users to promote best practice usage.
  • Produce clear documentation and guidance materials to ensure consistent system use across the  function.

Data Management & Governance

  • Lead on HR data management, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all HR  systems.
  • Carry out regular data quality audits, reconciliations, and cleansing activities.
  • Ensure consistency in data entry and system processes to maintain reliable and reportable data.
  • Support internal data compliance practices and ensure confidentiality standards are upheld.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Data Support

  • Work closely with colleagues in HR, IT, Finance, and other departments to provide robust HR data to support:
  • Compensation and bonus reviews
  • Partner promotion cycles
  • Gender pay gap reporting
  • D&I and Management Board Committee initiatives
  • Support data provision for internal reports and analysis, ensuring information is accurate and easily  interpreted.

Person Specification

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong sense of partnership and service orientation, delivering clear, reliable data that requires  minimal clarification.
  • Demonstrates a proactive, fast-paced, and solution-focused approach to tasks and challenges.
  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and organisational skills.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, with the ability to manipulate and format large data sets effectively.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Able to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels across HR, IT, Finance,  and wider business services.
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality and data sensitivity in a professional services  environment.
