Our client, based in Co. Meath, is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have4-5 years’ experience operating at Senior HR Gen or HRBP level, or alternatively at Assistant Manager level.. This role will require travel to the South / South West of Ireland.

Salary: Depending on experience

The Role:

  • To manage the effective provision of HR support to a portfolio of clients across a wide range of sectors.
  • You will be managing employee relations in both trade union and non-trade union environments.
  • To design and manage all performance management processes.
  • Manage all delivery of HR policies and practices while aligning with the best practice and legislation.
  • Conduct and design of training programmes.
  • Main point of contact for all Client employees and managers.
  • Continue to maintain effective relationships with Clients as well as building and developing these relationships.
  • Provide support and manage the entire recruitment and selection process.

The Candidate:

  • Degree in HR Management or similar.
  • Strong ability to work flexibly as travel to client locations is essential.
  • Proven experience of employee relations from a Trade Union background.
  • Good knowledge of Employment Law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
  • Well organised individual with the ability to use initiative.
