Salary: Competitive salary for the right candidate

The Role:

• Develop Business Development Plans and Client Relationship Plans for practice areas, industry sectors.
• Manage the development of client specific pitch materials.
• Work alongside a team to conduct and promote post tender reviews and to obtain client feedback.
• Draft press releases and pitch ideas, develop social media strategies around key projects.
• Development of CRM systems
• Assist with the production of marketing materials, manage website and social media.
• Manage client events including seminars, webinars, and client events.
• Liaise with key senior stakeholders with internal communications on business development and marketing.
• Work closely with the whole team to manage opportunities across the firm.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a Lead BD/Marketing role within a corporate environment.
• BA Degree, ideally in Marketing or related area.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good experience building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong IT skills-MS office
• Confident individual with good leadership skills.
• Very well organised and strong attention to detail.
• Work well under pressure.
