Graduate Talent Administrator

Our Client is a large professional services firm with 700 employees. They wish to add a Grad Talent Administrator to their large HR and Talent Team. The successful candidate will join a well established team where they can learn, progress and get exposure to new duties and working methods.
Manage bookings and logistics for careers fairs and coordinate trainee attendance.
Represent the firm at recruitment events and university career fairs (including travel outside Dublin).
Assist with internal/external events aimed at attracting future hires.
Shortlist applications in collaboration with the Graduate Recruitment Manager.
Provide administrative support throughout the interview process.
Issue all trainee and intern contracts.
Summer Intern and Placement Student Programme
Onboard interns and placement students, including issuing new starter forms and uploading data to the HR system.
Ensure reference checks are completed.
Draft and manage orientation and programme schedules, including professional talks and social events.
Assign and organise trainee buddies.
Conduct regular check-ins during placements in coordination with the Graduate Recruitment Manager.
Trainee Development Programme
Issue contracts and onboarding documents for incoming trainee intakes.
Upload trainee details to the HR system and complete reference checks.
Draft trainee orientation schedules and coordinate with HR Operations as needed.
Assign trainee buddies to support onboarding and integration.
Law Society Documentation
Prepare and manage submission of all relevant trainee documentation to the Law Society of Ireland, in consultation with the Manager of the Trainee Development Programme.
Ongoing Trainee Support
Provide daily support to the Manager of the Trainee Development Programme.
Liaise with trainees, Practice Groups, and relevant business services functions on trainee-related matters.
Newly Qualified (NQ) Solicitor Process
Assist in managing the NQ process.
Gather and manage statistics, documentation, and relevant information.
Work with HR Operations to coordinate the issuance of contracts.
Marketing and Social Media
Collaborate with the Marketing team on social media content planning, merchandising, and creation of marketing materials.
Develop engaging content for social media channels related to graduate programmes.
Candidate Profile
Skills and Experience
2 years of experience in graduate recruitment administration.
Professional services experience preferred but not essential.
Proven ability to manage a high volume of administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
