Salary: to 35K

Duties:

• Assist with leading their Campus Recruitment Strategy.
• Be in attendance to events to represent the firm and organise venue set up, both on-campus, in-house and virtually while liaising with external and internal teams.
• Maintain constant contact with campus brand ambassadors and societies.
• Lead and organise in-house Intern and Trainee events.
• Support the firms Student Placement Programme recruitment with universities. Maintain and build on relationships with these universities while managing the recruitment throughout the year.
• Social media management-ensuring key points are being promoted across the firms social media platforms by liaising with the Marketing Team.
• Manage all admin in relation to interview scheduling, diary invitations and meeting rooms have been booked.
• Ad-hoc projects as required.

Experience Required

• Strong Admin and Client Service skills.
• Previous experience in graduate recruitment, preferably in professional services is a bonus.
• Experience with Social media management is a plus.
• Strong MS office skills needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management
