Our client, an international Law Firm located in Dublin 2 is looking to recruit a Funds Senior Associate Solicitor to join their team. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years PQE in the area
You will be advising clients on a wide range of funds-related matters.
Salary: DOE

Key Responsibilities:
Advising on the structuring and establishment of a wide range of investment funds, including private equity, hedge funds, venture capital, and real estate funds. This includes guidance on optimal fund structures (such as limited partnerships and ICAVs) and navigating relevant regulatory considerations.
Preparing and reviewing key fund documentation, ensuring all materials are comprehensive, compliant, and aligned with investor expectations and market standards.
Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis on fund-related regulatory frameworks, including compliance with European securities laws such as AIFMD, and other applicable local and international regulations.
Assisting with applications for regulatory authorisation by the Central Bank of Ireland for a range of regulated financial services providers, including AIFMs, fund administrators, and MiFID firms.
Providing legal support for the formation and structuring of debt issuance vehicles, and advising on related capital markets matters.
Delivering strategic advice to clients on fund governance, fiduciary duties, operational best practices, and appropriate fund terms to support long-term success.
Supporting clients through fund transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. This involves conducting due diligence and providing practical, solutions-oriented legal support throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders—such as fund managers, investors, and regulators—and contributing to business development, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership initiatives.
Ensure you and your team members record and bill their time in accordance with policies and procedures
Ensure clients are fully informed as to the fees and disbursements that will incurred on each matter and provide updates as required
Be a significant point of contact in your area of expertise for a number of clients
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and be able to generate repeat business from existing clients
Be accountable for the coaching and development of paralegals, trainees and new joiners and assist other team members as and when required
Act as mentor for Trainees and Associates
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years relevant PQE.
