Link Personnel has been instructed by our client, a Leading Law Firm in Dublin city centre, on a Float Administrator Vacancy. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work in a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with the support of a well established team. The Role:

  • Deliver high-quality work efficiently and with strong attention to detail.
  • Manage the Document Management System by creating new files and maintaining existing records.
  • Prepare, edit, and refine documents using advanced features of Microsoft Office 2010.
  • Communicate proactively with partners and solicitors, identifying potential issues early and proposing effective solutions.
  • Prepare and draft client bills of costs, including narratives and outlay capture, and liaise with third parties to obtain necessary invoices.
  • Handle incoming calls and messages professionally while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, archiving, and document organisation.
  • Serve as primary reception cover when required, ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.
  • Adhere to all firm policies and procedures, actively supporting firm-wide risk management initiatives.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as required.

The Candidate:

  • 1-2years previous Admin experience, ideally within a legal environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Dictaphone typing experience.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver all projects on time.
  • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines.
