Our Client, a Large Professional Services Firm based in Dublin 2 requires an experienced Facilities professional with a background in strategic decision making to take on a permanent project manager role within the organisation.
This role will work with Hard and Soft services managers to project manage projects of importance to the organisation, from desk \ space reallocation to an overhaul of the air conditioning, up to building refurbishment.

Responsibilities:
Point of contact for all Facilities projects
Managing project budgets, timelines and capacity planning.
Management of external contractors, vendors, architects, other professionals.
Managing project governance.
Responsibility for environmental management and statutory inspections.
Liaising with department heads on all projects concerning them.
Environmental projects, including energy reduction and waste reduction.
Monitor and review SLAs of third party providers;
Auditing, compliance and communication of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS)
Management reporting.
Requirements:
You have a strong track record in facilities management in a corporate environment.
You are experienced in facilities related projects, with particular emphasis on office fit outs, office refurbishments, space planning and, complex office moves.
You are an experienced vendor manager and someone who can build effective relationships.
You enjoy people management.
You have a Facilities Management, Project Management or equivalent qualification and /or extensive experience working in a similar role in the corporate sector.
You are highly client focused, a polished communicator with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
You can deal with a range of competing priorities and have highly developed stakeholder management skills.
Very hands on, excellent administration, computer and, reporting skills.
An understanding of all technical aspects of property (HVAC, Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system) would be an advantage.
