Salary: to €62K depending on experience

Key duties:

• Providing extensive diary and email inbox management with meticulous attention to detail.
• Preparation of reports and formatting of lengthy documents
• Coordinate business travel for the Head of Department and the senior Fee Earners
• All administration support including preparing PowerPoint Presentations
• Point of contact for all internal queries and managing responses in a professional and timely manner.
• Co-ordinate external events and expenses for the Team.
• To maintain well ordered files and folder structures on projects
• To assist the team with other ad-hoc admin and project requirements
• Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Outlook

The Candidate:

• Previous experience as an EA supporting senior staff, preferably within Legal or professional environment
• Extensive Diary and Travel Management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Very organised with good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a timely manner and to work unsupervised as part of a team
