Our client, A leading machinery distributor in North County Dublin requires a candidate for a Customer Service Administrator role.  This is a permanent position. Salary: to €35K

Hours: 8.15am-5pm

Duties:

  • Process customer orders onto the computer system.
  • answer phone calls from Irish and UK dealers, putting their requirement for parts into part numbers which can then be inputted into the system.
  • Serving customers at the retail parts counter.
  • Follow up on any queries for the customer through to completion.
  • Assist the dispatch department pick and pack parts during busy periods.
  • Assist dealer using the web parts ordering system.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.

 Essential Criteria

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role working within the garden machinery/Agri sector.
  • Good understanding of part names and how to find parts on a parts diagram.
  • Strong experience in parts inventory management.
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers and sell in a consultative manner.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook & PowerPoint).
  • Confident, friendly and professional telephone manner.
