The CRM Administrator is pivotal to the firm’s CRM system. In this role, you will be responsible for championing and monitoring data quality and all related processes, while using that data to inform marketing and business development opportunities. The role is a key support to other users, particularly in terms of reporting and identifying where new, efficient ways of capturing and reporting on data are required for the ongoing improvement of interface with clients and prospects.
