Link Personnel have been instructed to hire a CRM Data Administrator to join the growing and dynamic Marketing and Operations team of a Top Tier Law Firm. The successful candidate will work with a CRM team of 3, helping to develop and maintain the Marketing and Business Development systems that support the firm’s business strategy. Salary: to €35K

Benefits: Pension, Healthcare, Life Assurance, Hybrid working, 23 days Leave (increasing with Service) + 2 Company days

The Role:

  • Managing and developing the CRM system in line with best practice processes, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Answer CRM support queries and direct users to the relevant “how to” information, escalating to your manager if required.
  • Contributing to and supporting the wider marketing and business development teams in relation to the CRM and all marketing technologies and business processes.
  • Working with multiple Departments within the Firm including IT, Digital Services, Learning & Development on projects to advance Marketing Operations.
  • Manage data inputs to the system on an on-going basis, reviewing new records for accuracy and completeness, and managing duplicate data;
  • Supporting data management projects including specific data audits and clean-up projects as well as research, testing and implementing of new applications
  • Assisting with Marketing Operations projects from initial concept through to completion, adhering to timelines and budgets
  • Support the CRM Manager with data management projects including specific data audits and data cleanse projects, testing and implementing upgrades and new applications;

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience with a CRM system, Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience within a Law Firm or Professional Services firm is desirable but not essential.
  • System and data management experience
  • Experience of InterAction and LexisNexis would be an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • You have experience of working with senior members of staff.
  • You demonstrate strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities and communication

Skills:

  • Proven ability to work well in individual and group problem-solving situations
  • You have an innate flair for detail and accuracy
  • You are comfortable with creating dashboards in Excel
  • You are flexible and willing to support multiple functions, business units and competing demands
  • You possess the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
