Salary: €35-40K

Duties:

• Collect and monitor outstanding debtor balances.
• Ensure best practice in line with agreed targets.
• Allocate and process payments accurately.
• Ensure a log is maintained with all credit control activities.
• Ensure requests for credits or re-issues are completed in a timely manner.
• Provide end of month reports.
• Work alongside the Credit Manager in answering queries.
• Relationship management with clients.

Experience Required

• Ideally 1 year previous experience working within Credit Control.
• Previous experience working within Professional Services is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good MS Office skills especially excel.
• Strong communicator with good problem solving abilities.
• Ability to liaise with employees at all levels within the firm.
