Our Client, a large corporate based in Dublin 4, has instructed Link Personnel to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their Client Services team. This is a permanent position and would suit a Graduate with 6-12 months admin experience in a large organisation. This role offers opportunities for progression. This role is fully in office

Salary: to €29K

Benefits: Bonus, Pension, Healthcare

Duties:

  • High volume of legal documentation with quick turnaround times.
  • Liaising with different departments, maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Reviewing and proof reading legal documentation.
  • Arranging for execution of documentation to include Solicitors to attend the office.
  • Assisting with printing, scanning, couriers, post and email management.
  • Work alongside the Company Secretarial team when needed.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as required.

Experience:

  • Previous admin experience is desirable
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail with a flexible approach to work.
  • Good problem solver with an ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills
