Our client, an international Financial Services firm wishes to add Compliance Analyst to their growing team in Dublin. The Analyst will have the opportunity to interact with a wide range of business stakeholders in the role and provide compliance feedback and recommendations. Salary: DOE

Duties:

• Manage output reports detailing observations, findings and recommendations.
• Prepare final reports and ensure findings are remediated where necessary and brought to resolution.
• Show findings and recommendations at the quarterly compliance monitoring meeting.
• Liaise with Senior Manager in review and updating of compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist with compliance training programmes for the first line of defence.
• Prepare regulatory responses to the Central Bank of Ireland.

The Person

• 1-3 years’ experience working in a legal or compliance environment
• Business, Financial, or legal qualification third level qualification is essential.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Experience of Compliance Monitoring / Assurance Testing preferred.
• ACOI qualification (or agreement to work towards same).
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
