Our Client is a Long Established Law Firm in Dublin 2 who are looking for an Associate for their Competition, Regulated Markets, EU & Trade Law team.

Offering a very competitive Salary they currently have an opportunity for a Competition and Regulated Markets Solicitor to join their busy and expanding team.

The Role: 

Advise on:

• EU and Irish merger control
• Application of EU and Irish competition law to businesses
• Responding to competition law enquiries
• EU state aide rules
• EU Law generally as well as international Trade Law

Experience:

• 2 -5 years post qualification experience;
• Experience in competition law preferred;
• Ability to manage a volume of cases and to ensure deadlines are met;
• Experience running own case load within a demanding and fast paced environment.
• Good organisational and IT skills essential;
• Excellent communication, negotiation and decision making skills
• Strong work ethic;
• Ability to work as part of a team.
