Our client, a multinational professional services firm requires a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their wider HR Team. The role will work with HR professionals and Management throughout the firm to develop reward strategies, track performance and drive policy. The role will suit someone who has 5 yrs+ HR, and compensation and benefits experience, can work cross departmentally, can collate and present data, and who is proficient in Excel. Duties:

• Review and develop reward initiatives which reflect our performance management criteria.
• Co-ordinate the annual review cycle across all grades
• Conduct data analysis and work with others to derive insight that can guide programme design, and policy as well as salary decisions.
• Manage and calculate bonus schemes and annual pay reviews, working closely with internal stakeholders and supply final data to HR operations and payroll as required
• Train the wider HR team to use the tools associated with compensation and benefits
• Conduct job evaluation for key roles as required and assist with benchmarking
• Conduct market research
• Manage external benefits provider relationships
• Develop and maintain policies and processes around remuneration, provide analysis and guidance on the implications of changes in regulations and liaise with tax and risk teams to ensure compliance

Experience:

• Strong Compensation and Benefits experience
• High proficiency with Excel
• Able to present data in a clear and digestible way
• Numerate and IT Literate
• Good HR systems experience.
