Link Personnel have been instructed on a Communications Manager vacancy with our client, a Law Firm in Dublin 2.  This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work alongside senior stakeholders across the business and with other global marketing teams.

The Role:

• Develop the firm’s communications strategy.
• Work alongside practice group leaders in identifying their objectives and exceeding their goals within the set budget.
• Liaise with internal committees in order to develop a wide range of internal communications initiatives.
• Prepare PR and Comms plans and budgets with senior members of the marketing teams.
• Build strong relationship with their PR agency.
• Develop a good relationship with key business and legal journalists.
• Work on key campaigns with the PR and communications team to agree on all aspects.
• Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, websites, social media and other.
• Other Ad-hoc duties as required.

The Candidate:

• 7+ years’ experience in a  Marketing and Communications role, ideally within a professional services environment.
• BA in PR, Comms, Marketing or Business is preferred.
• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to understand and respond to the needs of internal stakeholders
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively.
• The ability to prioritise workloads and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Work as part of a team to deliver all projects on time.
• Experience with InterAction or other CRM systems and strong MS Office skills.
