Our Client, a mid-sized law firm based in Dublin 2 requires a Legal Executive to join their Commercial Property Department. The firm is minutes from the LUAS line and close to DART  \Bus Routes as well as Dublin Bike stations.

The role requires the following:

• Experience working on commercial conveyancing transactions;
• Experience running files from open to close
• Experience with commercial leases
• Experience working with developers
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail

The Candidate:

• Candidates must have commercial property experience
• 3 years’ experience at a minimum;
• Ability to prioritise workload;
• Positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
