Our client, a leading Firm based in Dublin City Centre requires a client on boarding administrator to join their team. The chosen candidate will need to have some experience in AML \ KYC or CDD. The role will be report to the KYC Team Lead. For more info call Cormac Spencer on 01 845 4651.

Duties

• Data management, review, and data cleansing.
• Dealing with queries from departments of the firm.
• Ensuring that effective record and file keeping is maintained.
• Understanding CDD processes, and systems and carrying out reviews.
• Carrying out AML and CDD checks on new and existing clients.
• Report flags to management.
• Assist in reporting requests that may be received from time to time

Experience

• Experience of an AML / CDD relevant role is ideal.
• We will consider candidates with office experience and a third level qualification which covered compliance modules.
• You have strong attention to detail and accuracy with an analytical mind.
• You are proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook systems.
