Link Personnel has been instructed by our client, a Leading Law Firm in Dublin 2, on a Bid Manager Vacancy.  Joining a growing Business Services team the Bid Manager will work with the wider Marketing team to support the Firm’s continued growth and BD activities.  This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to build a career with a Leading Law Firm that will be exciting, rewarding and challenging in a positive environment that will enable growth and development. Salary:  to €70K depending on experience

The Role:

  • Evaluating tender opportunities for the Firm across multiple sectors. Full review of what information is required from the Request for Tender (RFT) or Request for Proposal (RFP).
  • Project manage the entire bid process, sourcing content and creating new content as required
  • Liaising with Partners to identify business opportunities.
  • Coordinating the bid/no bid decision process.
  • Ensuring proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines, standard formatting, and quality standards.
  • Maintaining/creating all master document sets relevant for practice teams and multiple sectors, including bios.
  • Project manage the entire bid process, sourcing content and creating new content as required
  • Preparation of pitch and presentation materials
  • Contributing to strategies and key win themes.
  • Conducting trends analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting to the firm and senior partners on business development activity

The Candidate:

  • 5 years plus experience in bid management.
  • Excellent written abilities with strong attention to detail, editing and proof-reading skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to network with colleagues to develop content.
  • Produce high standards of work.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver all projects on time.
  • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines.
  • Degree qualified and ideally has project management experience/qualification.
