Link Personnel has been instructed by our client, a Leading Law Firm in Dublin 4, on a Bids Executive Maternity Leave Vacancy.  Joining a growing Marketing team the Bids Executive will support this growth. Salary:  Depending on experience

The Role:

  • Evaluating tender opportunities for the Firm across multiple sectors. Full review of what information is required from the Request for Tender (RFT) or Request for Proposal (RFP).
  • Coordinating the bid/no bid decision process matching the strengths and services of the multidisciplinary teams to the clients’ requirements to ensure winning solutions.
  • Producing a first draft of the tender response, including editing and drafting responses to specific tender submission requirements.
  • Ensuring proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines, standard formatting, and quality standards.
  • Maintaining/creating all master document sets relevant for practice teams and multiple sectors, including bios.
  • Creating, improving and maintaining content to meet firm goals.
  • Meeting all RFT/RFP deadlines.
  • Updating the tender tracker to record all tender/proposal information for future reference.
  • Updating the CRM system with the client pitch information including tracking framework agreement timeframes.
  • All other administrative tasks involved in the tender process.

The Candidate:

  • 2-3 years+ experience in bid management.
  • Excellent written abilities with strong attention to detail, editing and proof-reading skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to network with colleagues to develop content.
  • Produce high standards of work.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver all projects on time.
  • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines.
  • Degree qualified and ideally has project management experience/qualification.
