In this role, you will partner with internal stakeholders to shape and deliver strategic client initiatives that strengthen relationships and add value across their priority accounts.. The Role:

• Support the management of client programmes, contributing to the retention, growth, and overall success of the business.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business and market, analysing trends and developments to identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
• Contribute to the creation and delivery of strategic client development and account plans, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Oversee the implementation of business development strategies and initiatives, driving measurable impact and results.
• Partner with the Bids Team to identify, pursue, and secure opportunities with priority accounts.
• Collaborate with the Practice Area Marketing and Business Development teams to design and deliver initiatives that enhance market visibility, showcase client success stories, and support growth across assigned accounts.
• Utilise the CRM system to track, analyse, and report on client engagement, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports to evaluate progress and inform decision-making.
• Other Ad-hoc duties as required.

The Candidate:

• BA degree in Business or similar.
• 2 years+ experience working in a similar role.
• Good understanding of the fundamentals of strategic key account management
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, working both as a team member and independently.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Office with ability to deliver high quality, accurate work.
• Resilient and hardworking, capable of managing a varied and demanding workload.
• A team player who thrives in a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
