Our client, A large multinational based in Dublin West requires candidates for an Administrator position. The chosen candidate will be responsible for administrative support,

  • Manage inboxes, customer queries and input data into systems.
  • Liaise with vendors in relation to scheduling appointments, stock deliveries and status updates.
  • Attend weekly and monthly compliance meetings.
  • Support the internal sales team when necessary.
  • Resolve any customer complaints at a Level 2 point of escalation.
  • Liaise with internal departments in relation to complaints, resolutions and agent retraining.
  • Compile monthly reports on complaint volumes and trends.
  • Monitor the onboarding of new engineers regarding compliance paperwork and issuing ID cards.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties when needed.

 Essential Criteria

  • 1+years’ experience working within a customer service/admin position.
  • Proven ability to input data on to a system with a great attention to detail.
  • Experience of dealing with customers on the telephone in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Strong report writing experience.
  • Excellent written & verbal Communication Skills.
  • Confident, friendly and professional telephone manner.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook & Powerpoint).
