Accounts Administrator

Our Client, a company based in North County Dublin, has instructed Link Personnel to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join their team. This role will report into the Senior Management. This is a fully office based, permanent position. For more information, Call Emma Skelton on 01 845 6302.

Salary: to €40K DOE


  • Process and check all invoices.
  • Month-end reconciliations of all supplier accounts.
  • Dealing with credit note requests.
  • Managing payments when requested.
  • Reconciling credit card and debit card transactions.
  • Answering phones when needed.
  • Other Ad-Hoc duties as required.


  • 2 years+ previous experience in a similar position is desirable.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Sage 50.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good attention to detail with a flexible approach to work.
  • Good problem solver with an ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills
