Our Client is a Professional Services Firm located in a convenient location in Dublin 2.  They currently have a Vacancy for HR Executive.  Reporting to the HR Manager this is a busy and varied role with great autonomy.  The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the full range of HR services that will enable the business/Firm to achieve its objectives – recruitment, induction, payroll, operations and HRIS.

Salary:  to €40K DOE

The Role: 

• HRIS-maintaining and developing the HRIS and its related data. Preparing reports as necessary.
• Payroll-Collaborating with the Finance Department ensuring accurate data is given.
• Recruitment-Working closely with the HR Business Partners managing external talent throughout the interview processes.
• Onboarding-Supporting with the seamless onboarding process prior to the employee’s joining date. Liaising with the L&D team to ensure all onboarding knowledge is provided to new employees ensuring a successful start to the firm.
• Operations-ensuring that the HR operations have all the necessary data maintained to a high standard.
• Other Support other ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

The Candidate: 

•  Degree in HR or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 1-2 years relevant human resource experience.
• Experience with HR system is an advantage.
• Ability to manage their areas of responsibility in a proactive and professional manner.
• Ability to work autonomously, using their initiative.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numerical and computing skills with proficiency in MS Office.
