Our Client based in North County Dublin currently has a vacancy for a Team Manager due to expansion within their Data Entry Team.  The successful candidate will support the Team Supervisors in all aspects of the role. 

An attractive salary and benefits package depending on experience is offered to the successful candidate.  Own transport is required as location is not accessible by Public Transport.

 The Role:

Manage and support the data entry team in day to day duties and activities

Act as a management point of escalation for service and operational issues within the department, supported by Data Entry Supervisors

Ensure clear and timely communication within team and across the business

Ensure company processes and procedures are adhered to

• Act as the interface between the team and all relevant internal departments as required


Identify and implement new agreed process flows and controls to enhance processes, team and business performance

• Train and motivate team, with overall responsibility for team compliance and performance


Manage and monitor team performance and output, ensuring all company targets and deliverables are achieved

• Manage and be the main point of contact for day to day team queries


Liaise with HR on staff requirements, developments and escalate concerns or issues as necessary

Ensure team probationary reviews and appraisals are conducted in a fair and consistent manner

Manage the on-boarding and successful team integration of new starters

• Ordering office supplies when required, maintaining appearance of office


Develop intimate knowledge of key customer needs and ability to provide solutions

Monitor the changing needs of the service, liaising with customers and frontline, to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for service improvement

Attend meetings and presenting relevant findings

• Manage holidays and rosters for a team


Prepare ad-hoc reports and manage projects as required

• Support the administrative team in carrying out daily tasks and providing cover as necessary


The Candidate:

  • 2+ Years team management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Proactive and responsible, taking personal ownership of role
  • Strong people management and delegation skills
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Possesses a positive outlook, promoting constructive responses to the challenges of work within their team
