Our client, A Property Developer in North County Dublin requires a candidate for a Site Administrator role.  This is a permanent position working closely with the Contracts Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and Health & Safety Officer . For more info, call Emma Skelton on 01 845 6302.

Salary: to €45K DOE

Benefits: Healthcare, Pension, Annual Bonus, 22 days annual leave, hybrid working. 


  • Data entry, material ordering, PO issuing and docket management.
  • Updating weekly material registers.
  • Updating weekly plant registers.
  • Site safety inductions.
  • Responsibility of ordering stationary, cleaning supplies, signage and waste skip control.
  • Assisting Health and Safety tasks.
  • Assisting with site access and egress control.
  • Taking meeting minutes when requested by the Project Manager.
  • Monitoring snagging on site.
  • Handling of ESG reporting for the site.
  • Document management for drawing registers both hard and soft.
  • Coordinating aftercare onsite. Keeping a tracker of all trends onsite.

 Essential Criteria

  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an admin role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good organisation and motivation.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook & PowerPoint).
  • Confident, friendly and professional telephone manner.
