Our Client, based in South Dublin, is hiring a Senior Litigation Executive to join their team. This role would report into the Head of Mortgage Litigation. Call Emma Skelton on 01 845 6302 for more info.

Salary: €40-45K DOE

Duties:

• Liaising with financial and corporate clients on Mortgage Litigation cases.
• Providing legal recommendations to clients.
• Drafting pleadings.
• Attending Counsel at court hearings and applications.
• Managing files of mortgage litigation cases.
• Corresponding with Solicitors, defendants and financial advisors.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Knowledge & Experience

• BA in related area is a plus but not essential.
• 3-5yrs+ previous experience working in a similar role.
• QFA/APA is a plus or the commitment to obtain APA qualification.
• Strong MS Office skills in particular excel.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills
• Good team player
• The ability to work well under pressure
• A flexible approach to work
