Our Client, a large Corporate based in Dublin City is looking to add a Senior Learning and Development Specialist to their team. This role will offer hybrid working opportunities and will be based on a 70:20:10 model. Candidates will join a well established team with a blueprint that has seen the organisation grow its numbers significantly in the last number of years.

Salary: DOE

Duties:

• Project management of delivery including strategy, timeframes and budgeting.
• Design and delivery of a number of programmes across all levels of staff, but focused on middle and senior management
• Analyse the success of programmes in terms of financials and real world results. Provide detailed, data driven reports on same.
• Identify new and innovative ways to ensure the programmes have the required effect.
• Undertake regular needs analysis to stay ahead of business needs.
• Analyse the effectiveness and cost competitiveness of 3rd party trainers, and identify new providers where required.

Candidate Profile:

• At least 3 years’ experience in L&D
• Experience in a corporate or professional services environment would be a plus
• A good project manager
• Able to partner with senior management to ascertain and fulfil training needs.
• Experience delivering training online and in person.
