Our client, A large multinational based in Dublin West requires candidates for a Sales Administrator \ Customer Service role. This is a permanent role. People who show ability can take on more responsibility.

Duties:

  • Provision of high level back office services to Key Account Managers and their customers.
  • Provision of detailed account statements and analysis of billing and account data.
  • Production of detailed excel spreadsheets.
  • Data entry to the Salesforce registration system.
  • Dealing with incoming sales enquiries and follow up on same.
  • Customer service calls to specific customer groups.
  • Maintenance on contract files.
  • Projects and adhoc requests as may be required from time to time.
  • Ad hoc reception Duties if necessary.

 Essential Criteria

  • Proven ability to input data on to a system with a great attention to detail.
  • Experience of dealing with customers on the telephone in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Proven ability to organise and prioritise work assignments.
  • Excellent written & verbal Communication Skills.
  • Confident, friendly and professional telephone manner.
  • Be a team player, showing flexibility in your approach.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook & Powerpoint).
